Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

1 kg Onions, white, sliced

120 ml oil

10g salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Put oil in large pot on high heat
  2. Add onions, mix to combine
  3. Stir in salt & pepper
  4. Turn down to low heat and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes until very sofr, carmelized and light crown in colour
  5. Allow to cool

Makes 1 ½ pan
