Caramelized Onions
Ingredients
1 kg Onions, white, sliced
120 ml oil
10g salt & pepper
Steps
- Put oil in large pot on high heat
- Add onions, mix to combine
- Stir in salt & pepper
- Turn down to low heat and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes until very sofr, carmelized and light crown in colour
- Allow to cool
Makes 1 ½ pan
