OPENING CHECKLIST
Openers take responsibility
for a smooth day’s operation
- [ ] lock front door
- [ ] brew 2 coffees: patio & inside
- [ ] turn on blender
- [ ] turn on dishwasher
- [ ] count float cash $ ___________________
- [ ] prep cash-out envelopes
- [ ] offer coffee/drinks to cooks
- [ ] ask cooks about 86’s or substitutions
- [ ] stock all disposables: menus, ****bags, condiments, trays, lids, cups, napkins, straws
- [ ] get out 4 clothes: counter, patio, pass,host station
- [ ] refill 3 pink sanitizer bottles: glass sink, coffee station, patio
- [ ] refill all hand sanitizer stations
- [ ] check washrooms for sanitization & cleanliness
- [ ] put out caddies on patio
- [ ] fill water jug on patio
- [ ] set up bus bins on patio
- [ ] get 2 buckets for patio: 1 w/sanitizer for cutlery, 1 empty for liquid dump
