Ingredients
- 1 kg mushrooms, cremini, sliced
- 1 kg mushrooms, portobello, sliced
- 200ml oil
- Salt & pepper
- 20g Garlic, minced chopped
- 10g thyme, dry
Steps
- Add all ingredients to large pot
- Cook on high for 2-3 minutes until caramelized
- Makes 3 1/6 pans
