Restaurant Survivor: Survival of the Highest Priority

The greatest challenge of all time! (on a server’s shift)!

7 tasks bombard an overwhelmed server simultaneously! (you’re “in the weeds”)

Each task has one thing in common: they all are distinctly urgent AND important.

Which task will prove the most urgent and important in this cunning game of prioritizing server work?

Let’s meet the tasks:

The tasks stack up against each other in this fierce competition.   In the end, only one will survive to claim the prize: To be the first task completed by the server.

1 server. 7 Tasks.  1 split-second decision.

Place your votes.  Which task will you choose first?

How do you vote?  It’s very simple:

<aside> 😮 Food (and drink) comes first.  It’s a restaurant. People come for the food.

Second, comes the guest experience.

Everything else comes after.

Once the votes are read, the decision is final; the task voted most important will be executed immediately. I'll read the votes.

<aside> 😮 The server has spoken.  Cook, you have been voted as the server’s 1st priority.

Guests, your request will be acknowledged and attended to next once the food is served.

Operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests who have entered the restaurant first win the award for most urgent and important.
