Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers, seeded with a sharp spoon and sliced into ¼-inch crescent moons
- 2 red onions, in ⅛ -inch wedges slices
- 1402 ml chickpeas (½ a large can)
- 3 cups Sicilian olive mix
- 1L Greek vinaigrette dressing (Hellman’s)

- Store in a tall 1/3 pan
