Appearance is an extension of the restaurant’s culture, and reputation and must be modest and work-appropriate. Most of these standards come from our guest promises. We want our guests to feel comfortable. A team member must follow these guidelines regarding team member appearance:

Clean clothes shall be worn at all times. Clothing should be free of wear, tears and stains. Bring a change of clothes just in case you make a spill. Wash your uniform after each shift.
Avoid clothes with stamps that are offensive or inappropriate.
All clothes must be work-appropriate. Clothes that are typical in workouts and outdoor activities aren’t allowed.
The use of alcohol, cannabis, vaping, illicit drugs and smoking is never allowed while on duty
Small ear lobe plugs are permitted. Large earholes may not be empty.
Facial hair should be groomed daily, kept trimmed and clean
Perfumes and fragrances are not permitted. If you’re prone to body odour, wear deodorant and bathe shortly before coming to work.
You are required to groom daily and maintain good hygiene, with high standards for the comfort of the team and guests. Grooming styles dictated by religion and ethnicity aren’t restricted.
