The Vic (“the Company”) is committed to providing a safe work environment and maintaining a Workplace that is free of Workplace Violence as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (“Act”). This document supports the Workplace Violence Policy and outlines the responsibilities associated with this program. The program will be reviewed annually and revised as necessary.

The Company policy entitled “Workplace Violence Policy” states: “the Company is fully committed to the prevention of workplace violence and management understands it is ultimately responsible for worker health and safety, whether it be from accident, illness, or violence. As such, the Company will take all precautions reasonable to provide and maintain a safe and productive working environment that is free of Violence. All acts of Violence in the Workplace are strictly prohibited.
